Boys can be taunted to lower their trunks down some just low enough but still high enough to shield their private parts. It is very easy for a pornographer to crop an innocent photo to make the viewer believe that the boy doesn't have any clothes on. In other cases, some of the boys could have their pictures taken while they are taking a shower or possibly skinny-dipping.

I had the sad task of reporting to the authorities in the early 1980's a summer camp director on the Eastern Shore of Maryland who was taking pictures of boys while they were in the bathhouses taking showers. He would dare the boys to remove their underwear in his presence. I can still remember the photos of a young boy about ten who whipped his underwear off with a whimsical look on his face and then thrust his genital region towards the camera.

Also, I had the sad task of reporting to the authorities an assistant summer camp director at an all boys camp in New York who was secretly taking pictures of the boy's changing into their swim trunks at an outdoor changing area. He was also possibly fondling the boys while they were in his care in the health lodge when they were ill.

Let's all do our part. Stop the sexual exploition of our children no matter wherever they are from in this world on the Internet. Make a stand.
