I KNOW YOU

About three miles away from the New Jersey - New York state line and the Delaware River in , I got stopped by a couple in a truck. When the guy got out of the truck, he told me that I didn't have to introduce myself because he already knew about me. This was strange because I never met him before or was interviewed by a paper in the area.

It turns out that the guy was going to take part in the ride across the U.S. with the Wheel Power Cycling Organization starting in Kansas soon. I had visited the Wheel Power headquarters outside of Lynchburg, VA. earlier in the year. The director of the program, Judy Bowman, was to have sent out a broadcast e-mail to all of her riders around the country about me.
