TRIP 2007 UPDATES
Update #29 - Thursday, November 01, 2007

The start of the ride went okay except for a little mishap coming into Pierson, Georgia.
About two miles west of Pierson, I had a minor crash. Something caught my front tire and I
flipped to the left onto the pavement. Luckily, I didn't have too far to fall and there was
no traffic behind me. I banged up my left knee a little bit so it's sore.
It hasn't really hampered me some. Because of some bad weather along the coast, I decided to
turn more inland at Yulee, Florida. I'm planning to make it to Groveland, Florida by Saturday
night. I have a chance to speak at a church there.
From Groveland, I will be heading to the Florida Gulf Coast. I am going to Waveland, Mississippi
where I will be helping out with the on-going disaster relief at the Katrina Volunteer Center.
I'll try and post and update as often as I can if my plans change. The next update should be posted between November
08th and November 15th. Hopefully, I'll have more to write about by then.
