TRIP 2010

Update #25 - September 12th
Franklin, Virginia
7,082.21 miles (11,331.54 KM)

Seventeeth update for the trip.

Finishing up the G.A.P. (Great Allegheny Passage) and the C&O Towpath are just memories. Usually, a person could do these 340 miles in six days but because of my having a sprained left wrist I took 17 days (with five of those days off). I'm almost into North Carolina. Also, my left wrist is about 90% normal. The pain is down to about 2 out of 10.

I'm not sure when or where this trip is going to end. There are some personal problems back in Americus, Georgia that I don't really want to deal with. The trip might end back at my friend's house in Lexington, South Carolina near Columbia. It's all up to the L-RD right now. I've got about 600 miles to ride to Lexington.

I'll try and add a new update every two weeks along the way so the next one will be around September 26th.
